Lucy O'Connell
Lucy joined Beating Time in 2104 having taken the leap from Choral singing. It took a while to work its magic, but now she is a stalwart Barbershopper.
She has been Musical Director for Beating Time since July 2022 and is determined to help it become a group that is renowned for enjoying every rehearsal, having almighty craic together, AND performing to the best of its ability.
She is currently doubling as a sponge, and soaking up everything she can find about directing, music, vocal training and performance in the Barbershop world. It is to be hoped that this, along with her enthusiasm for her new role and her belief in the chorus will drive it to even more fabulous performances for audiences and judges alike!
